My boss, pastry chef,

mr. hip hop
"HOt Rod"

The front manager
Nick Baby,,, "how you doin' baby!"
chases the "HOT" girls down the street
during the lunch break
"toi, Bijoux"

Eric, the guy who's training me,
very tall, all his friends are bouncers,
a G with gold chains (his grandparents gave him)
wares NY jerseys and matching shorts (when not working)

knows everything about the kitchen
an asshole to everyone who deserves it
(especially the plastic no brain waiters)
nice to me (i am glad)
all the waiters scream at me:
"YOU're wOKIng with an IDIOT"
at lunch we all sit facing the street,
in the restaurant patio,
and Eric makes fun of every person who passes
...old couple walking by...
"there goes your girlfriend,,, AND she's cheatin on you!"

and then tony runs after some hot girl and try's to chat her up,
goes back inside after being refused,

some guy comes up and asks if tony is around
the CHef aswers "yes, unforchunetly"

Eric playfights with all the guys,,, being the tallest he wins,
he picks up the Chef and carries him down the hall
from one kitchen to the next

The restaurant has 200 seats (i dont think it includes the upstairs)
desserts are each $8,,,
the cuisine look pretty amazing,,, havnt seen too much though...

from the dolci menu (dessert) i recomend:

the pavlova,
the bavarois,
banana mousse,
or

the soffice.

all yum. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ;)
